		<description>And your readers will note, Steve, the feature in the Timaru Herald April 15th of 2006 (I keep these things myself) Coastal collision course in which the writer quotes Insurance Council chief executive Chris Ryan as saying, “Flooding, coastal erosion, and dramatic weather has increased quite significantly, while, at the same time, more people are living in high-risk areas and have more of their assets at risk…” I’d be surprised, I have to say, if a development down on the flat at Patiti Point would be an insurable risk. Bill.</description>
